How can I see what is in stock in the stores?
All products that can be ordered via the website are available in Södertälje because the web and Södertälje warehouse share warehouse. We are working on a solution where you can also see the balance in the Malmö store, which we hope to have in place soon. If there is something specific that you want to double check, you can of course contact us either by phone or email.
Can you heat and sharpen skates in the shops?
You can do that in both of our stores whether you've bought the skates from us or not. Heating is free of charge and something we don't charge for. When it comes to sharpening, we offer both hollow and radius sharpening. The prices are listed below.
Hollow - 129 SEK
Radius - 349 SEK
Sharpening is not something you can book with us, you just have to come in and we'll help you with it on the spot. A regular hollow sharpening can often be done right away with us. But when it comes to the Radius, it takes a little longer and you may have to leave the skates with us to be ready within 24 hours. This depends on the flow in the store and sometimes we can't do them right away.
What are the opening hours around weekends and public holidays?
Both stores are open on Saturdays between 10am and 3pm and closed on Sundays. When it comes to Red Days, please double-check the opening hours before your visit.
Can I get in touch with one of the stores directly?
Unfortunately, we do not have a direct connection to any of our stores, but call customer service and they can help with most things that are store-related.
Can you make an appointment to try on skates in the store?
You cannot book an appointment for testing skates with us.
Can products be put away in the stores?
It is perfectly fine to put a product away, we have a policy that you can put a product away for 24 hours unless otherwise agreed.
Products can be put away via phone or email with customer service. Of course, you can also put things away on site in the store.
Do you have shooting rooms in the stores?
Yes, we have shooting rooms in both our stores in Malmö and Södertälje. The brands we offer in the shooting room are Bauer,CCM,True and Warrior.
