The most frequent questions
To claim a product, you can visit one of our stores; alternatively, you can contact our claims department at [email protected]. Please make sure to include the following when submitting your warranty claim:
- Your order/receipt number for the product.
- Clear photos of the damage (including pictures of the affected clubs and the serial number).
- A brief description of how the damage occurred.
In some instances, we may need to contact the supplier before processing your claim. Thank you for your cooperation!
Of course, you can order from us as a company. In that case, advance payment applies as payment terms, unless otherwise agreed. The easiest thing then is to email the order to us at [email protected]
Then we will need some company information to be able to add you as a customer. What is needed is listed below.
- Billing address
- Delivery address
- VAT & Eori Number
- Contact person
- Contact details
- The products to be ordered
If you haven't received any order confirmation when you placed the order on the website, begin by checking the junk mail to see if it has ended up there.
If you can't find it, then email us at [email protected] with the name under which the order was placed and the products you ordered, and we can help you find the order.
