Find the right size for Youth, Junior, Intermediate and Senior — measure your hand length for the best fit.
Measure from the base of the palm (heel of the hand) to the tip of the middle finger. Measure in inches or cm.
Keep your hand flat and straight during measurement. Measure along the inside of the hand for best accuracy.
The same measuring method and size chart applies to both the catcher (glove) and the blocker.
Most goalies hold their stick in the right hand — the catcher goes on the left hand and the blocker on the right. Left-hand goalies wear them reversed.

Most goalies hold their stick in the right hand. The catcher is worn on the left hand and the blocker on the right. If you hold your stick in the left hand, you need a "full right" set — the catcher on the right and blocker on the left.
It is most common to buy them as a matched pair. Some manufacturers allow custom combinations — such as a Senior catcher with Intermediate internals — if a hand falls between sizes. Contact us if you are unsure.
The catcher should close without too much effort and the hand should sit comfortably along the inside. It should not be too loose — excess room reduces control and increases the risk of the glove coming off from a hard shot.
