Youth Goalie Equipment
Youth Goalie
Chest & Arm
Shop youth goalie chest and arm protectors from Bauer, Warrior and more – the perfect starting point for the youngest goalies.
Buying Guide
How to Size
Bauer sizes by height and weight. Warrior sizes by arm span. Use the size charts below to find the correct size.
Lightweight Design
Youth protectors are built to be as light as possible. Heavy equipment discourages young goalies from moving freely and learning correct technique.
Easy Strapping
Simple velcro and buckle systems make it easy for parents and young goalies to gear up quickly and correctly every time.
Room to Grow
A small amount of extra room is fine. Avoid more than one size up as an oversized protector shifts during play and leaves gaps in coverage.

Fit Tips +
Coverage Check
The protector must cover the sternum, collarbone and ribs fully. Check for gaps between it and the pants in butterfly position.
Never Too Large
A protector that is too large shifts during play and leaves coverage gaps. One size up is the maximum acceptable extra room at youth level.
Mobility First
At youth level, freedom of movement is as important as protection. A comfortable, well-fitting protector helps young goalies enjoy learning the position.
