Sizing for shoulder pads, elbow pads, hockey pants and shin guards — anatomically shaped for the female body. Body measurement always gives the most accurate fit.
Measure circumference around the fullest part of the bust. Keep the tape horizontal and snug.
Bend the arm to 90° and measure from the back of the elbow to the wrist crease.
