Inside the Bauer Vapor Flylite Stick
Some sticks are built to load up a heavy shot. The Bauer Vapor Flylite is built for everything that happens before it — the quick hands, the fast release, the puck that's gone before the defender reacts. Lightweight, responsive and made for players who win with speed.
The most reactive stick Bauer has ever shipped. TWITCH Taper geometry, aluminum-reinforced blade, 360-gram shaft — engineered for players who turn a game on a single flick of the wrist. Tap the markers to explore.

TWITCH Taper
Bauer's signature taper geometry sits closer to your bottom hand than any previous Vapor stick. Loads shots sooner, recoils faster — the puck is gone before the defender reads your hands.
HYP2RCORE Blade
A thin sheet of aluminum bonded inside the carbon blade. Reinforces against rotation and dead spots — roughly 10% more recoil than standard carbon, with no added weight.
ACL 2.0 Carbon
Advanced carbon layering with TeXtreme® weave. Strategically placed thinner, stronger fibers drop the shaft to 360g (±10g) without sacrificing durability.
Low Kick Profile
Flex point sits low on the shaft, near the blade. Engineered for snap shots, quick releases, and tight-area puck handling — the classic Vapor signature.
Monocomp Construction
Single-piece molded construction — no glue joints, no weak points. The shaft, hosel, and blade are engineered as one continuous unit for consistent energy transfer.
TeXtreme® Carbon Fiber
Spread-tow carbon weave used in the elite tier — flatter, more uniform fibers reduce crimp and deformation. Translation: a stronger shaft that's also lighter.
Now in
five colors.
Same elite engineering. Five new expressions. The Flylite drops in Black, Red, Blue, Purple, and Glacier — for players who want to be seen as well as heard.
Worn by
the next generation.
The Flylite is the weapon of choice for hockey's new wave — players who turn defensive zones into highlight reels with one wrist flick.
Quinn Hughes
The Norris Trophy-winning blueliner redefines what an offensive defenseman can do — and he does it with the Flylite. Effortless edges, lethal first passes, and shots that arrive before goalies can read his hands.
Gavin McKenna
The CHL's Player of the Year and 2026 NHL Draft's most-watched prospect. McKenna's reactive playmaking demands a stick that responds at the same speed his hands do — that's the Flylite.
