Lay your hand flat. Measure from the tip of the middle finger down to the wrist crease. Measure in cm.
The inch number (e.g. 14", 15") refers to the glove's physical length from fingertip to cuff — not your hand size in inches.
Stand straight and measure from the floor to the top of your head.
Fingers should just reach the end of the liner. The cuff should cover the wrist without restricting flex when holding a stick.

The inch designation (e.g. 14", 15") refers to the glove's total physical length from fingertip to the bottom of the cuff. This is Bauer's standard naming convention across all glove lines.
Unlike most protective gear, this depends on personal preference. A snugger fit gives more puck feel; a looser fit is more comfortable for longer sessions. Try both when possible.
