Hockey Shin Guards Bauer Supreme Fuse Yth.
Bauer Supreme FUSE Youth Shin Guards — shin guards with X-LITE Shield Shin Cap and Dual Anchor Strap for the young talent.
The Bauer Supreme FUSE Youth Shin Guards are the shin guards for the young talent who plays with passion and needs reliable protection. With X-LITE Shield Shin Cap, Full-Volume Knee Cap and Dual Anchor Strap, FUSE is streamlined for a low profile that doesn't restrict the stride.
X-LITE Shield Shin Cap
The X-LITE Shield Shin Cap is a lightweight design that delivers protection and mobility around the knee. The shin is protected by a streamlined cap that doesn't bulk out under hockey socks — important for players who measure their game in acceleration and edge control.
Full-Volume Knee Cap for secure fit
The Full-Volume Knee Cap has a large design for a deep, secure fit. The kneecap finds its position naturally — when you flex the leg for shot blocking, cuts or pivots, the protection sits exactly where it should. The Full-Coverage Calf Guard wraps around the calf to protect against side impacts.
Dual Anchor Strap system
The Dual Anchor Strap system is a dual-lock strap system that holds the shin guard comfortably in place throughout the game. Combined with the THERMO MAX Sublimated Liner, you get a fit that feels like part of the leg — no twisting, no sliding.

Size Guide
Bauer Shin Guards
Find the right size for Youth, Junior, Intermediate and Senior — measure your shin length for the most accurate result.
How to Measure
Measure from the centre of your kneecap down to the centre of your outer ankle bone. Measure in cm.
Shin guard sizes are given in inches and refer to the pad's actual length — not your height.
Stand straight and measure from the floor to the top of your head.
The pad should sit just below the knee and the bottom edge should overlap slightly with the skate boot.

FAQ
Common Questions
Where exactly do I measure shin length? +
Measure from the centre of the kneecap straight down to the centre of the outer ankle bone. This is the key measurement for selecting the correct shin guard size.
Should I size up or down if between sizes? +
Choose the larger size. A shin guard that is too short leaves the ankle exposed. A slightly oversized pad can be secured with hockey sock and tape.
What does the inch number next to the size mean? +
The inch designation (e.g. 15", 16") refers to the pad's physical length. This is Bauer's standard naming convention and makes it easy to compare pads across different product lines.
How should shin guards fit with skates on? +
The bottom edge of the pad should overlap slightly with the top of the skate boot. The top should sit just below and behind the kneecap without blocking knee flexion.
