The Bauer Vapor FLYLITE Senior Hockey Skate is the elite skate for the senior elite player who lives on the attack and creates time and space. With FUSION CURV Quarter, FUSION FLEX Facing and AEROLITE 3.0 Tongue, FLYLITE introduces the most reactive and energized components Bauer has ever put in a skate.
FUSION CURV Quarter + FLY TENDON
The Thermoformable FUSION CURV with FLY TENDON construction features hyper-flexible materials fused together to move with you — you react and adapt at a millisecond's notice. Active elasticity properties deliver more energy in every stride while keeping you agile and elusive.
FUSION FLEX Facing — 5 notches
The FUSION FLEX Facing construction has five strategically placed flex notches that allow increased forward flex — acting like a spring to load and unleash more energy in every stride. The result is explosive acceleration and speed putting more space between you and defenders.
AEROLITE 3.0 Tongue + LOCKFIT PRO Liner
The AEROLITE 3.0 tongue delivers pro-level comfort. The FUSION FLEX Outsole works in tandem with the facing for more energy return on acceleration, transitions and stops. LOCKFIT PRO Liner and updated toe cap geometry deliver the grip and fit to keep focus on the game. POWERFLY Holder + FLY-TI Runner (ROW).

Skate Sizing
Find the right fit for Youth, Junior, Intermediate and Senior — use your foot length for the most accurate result.
How to Measure Your Foot
Stand on paper with your heel against a wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure in cm.
Measure the widest part of your foot (the ball) to check if you need a wide fit.
Bauer skates run 1-1.5 sizes smaller than your regular shoe size. Always use foot length as your guide.
Most people have one foot slightly larger. Always size to the larger foot.

FAQ
Common Questions
How much smaller are Bauer skates than shoe size? +
Bauer skates run 1 to 1.5 sizes smaller than regular shoe size. A EU 43 shoe corresponds to roughly a size 8 senior skate. Always confirm using your foot length in cm.
Should I size up or down if I am between sizes? +
In most cases, size down. A skate that is too large reduces control and increases the risk of blisters. If in doubt, try both sizes if possible.
What is the difference between Youth, Junior, Intermediate and Senior? +
Youth covers the smallest feet (up to ~20.7 cm). Junior runs sizes 1–3.5 for growing children. Intermediate (sizes 4–6.5) bridges the gap for teenage players who have outgrown Junior. Senior skates are for adult players (size 7 and up) and offer the widest range.
What is the difference between Fit 1, 2 and 3? +
Fit 1 is tapered for narrow feet, Fit 2 is standard medium width for most players, and Fit 3 is wide with extra volume. If unsure, Fit 2 is the best starting point.
Can I bake Bauer skates at home? +
Most Bauer skates can be heat moulded at home at around 80-90 degrees for 5-8 minutes. Lace them up immediately afterwards and wear until cool. Check your model's instructions before baking.
