Hold your arm at 90°. Measure from the back of the elbow to the wrist crease. Measure in cm.
Stand straight and measure from the floor to the top of your head.
Body weight is a secondary reference — use it when forearm length falls between sizes.
The hard elbow cap should sit directly over the elbow point and allow full arm extension and flexion.

Bend your arm to a 90-degree angle. Place a measuring tape at the bony point on the back of the elbow and measure down to the wrist crease. Measure in centimetres.
Choose the larger size. Elbow pads that are too small may leave the elbow cap or lower arm exposed during contact with the boards or other players.
The hard elbow cap should sit directly over the elbow point. The pad should allow full extension and flexion of the arm without shifting during play.
Always under the jersey. The jersey holds the pads in place and prevents them from riding up during play. Wearing pads over the jersey can restrict movement and looks wrong in game play.
