How do I process an warranty?

To claim a product, you can visit one of our stores, alternatively contact our claims department at [email protected] . Attach your order/receipt number for the purchase of the product, pictures of the damage (applicable clubs, also a picture of the serial number) and a brief description of how the damage occurred. In some cases, we have an obligation to contact the supplier before notification can be given.

How long is the warranty on a hockey stick?

The warranty period for a Stick is 30 days, calculated from receipt of the Stick. This is decided by the suppliers and within this time frame a manufacturing defect must have appeared. The warranty period is a guideline that we follow, but of course we look at each case and give a fair assessment even if the warranty period has expired.
