Which shipping companies do Monkeysports ship with?
We ship with Postnord and UPS within Sweden, Denmark and Finland. For all other countires we use UPS as shipping option. At the time we don`t offer the Express Saver option with UPS outside of Sweden. The services we provide are UPS Standard, and UPS Expedited depdning on the final destination.
I haven't received the tracking for my order yet?
If your order has been shipped, then a confirmation will be sent to you via email with a packing slip and tracking. Also check the junkinbox if it ended up there. Should it be the case that nothing is available, contact us at customer service and we can help.
How long is the delivery time when you order with Monkeysports?
From the moment you have placed the order on the website we will process it within one working day and ship it as soon as possible. All the order ships out form our warehouse in Sweden adn the delivery can vary depedning on the final destination. If you would like an eastimation you can send an E-mail to [email protected] and then we can help you with an possible ETA. When the order have been completed from our end you will get an estimated delivery time from UPS once the order have been completed and packed.
