New for the 2021 season is the CCM JetSpeed FT485! These new lightweight shoulder pads have been optimized to provide a large range of motion while providing new technology to protect you.
For the construction of the Jetspeed FT485, CCM uses a double layer construction with PE foam. This low-profile design provides an extra layer of protection while providing improved flexibility. This is combined with JDP shoulder covers with molded PE plastic to provide protection while being incredibly light. For the biceps, CCM used PE-shaped caps with length adjustment for a custom fit on the arm. In the trunk, CCM incorporated a protective layer of PE, which provides reliable protection that remains surprisingly light. A removable stomach pillow is included which provides extra coverage when needed. Jetspeed FT485 has an anatomically shaped PE sternum and spine. This provides must have protection for these important areas. At the top is a segmented semi-floating collarbone cover for protection that moves with you.

Sizing Guidelines: The chest measurement should be taken from just below the arm pits. Match the player's chest size to the shoulder pad that corresponds. Also take into consideration the level of play. Shoulder pads should fit snugly while the vital tips of the shoulder must be properly under the shoulder caps. The bicep pads should not interfere with the player's elbow pads.
