New for 2022, CCM renews its Tacks protection line. With the support of science, the Tacks protection has been tested and validated in the well-known CCM lab to ensure quality and functionality. With updates in design, protection and comfort aspects, CCM Tacks AS-V Pro is designed to offer maximum protection while improving mobility.
Starting at the top of the Tacks AS-V Pro, CCM went with an articulated biceps with PE foam. This construction gives players great comfort and protection in the biceps area. Just below the biceps cover is the JDP-reinforced elbow cover. This lightweight, Pro-level construction helps spread the force of direct shocks away from the elbow joints. In addition, CCM incorporated their highly regarded D30 Smart Materials to help absorb shocks to provide young players with elite-level protection. Tacks AS-V Pro has CCM's dual belt adjustment system. This system has a maximized landing zone with Velcro straps and keeps your elbow pads in place for maximum protection.

Size guide
Sizing Guidelines: Measure from the back of the elbow to wrist crease with arm at 90°. Match the player’s measured size to the size of the elbow pads by inches. Determine the level of play and the level of protection necessary. When fastened securely, there should be no gap between the pad and either the biceps extension of the shoulder pad or the cuff of the glove. The elbow pad should not slip or move while fastened.
