Bauer Vapor X3.5 Jr. Roller Hockey Skates
The boot is constructed with Bauer's 3D polycarbonate which is specially designed to be easier to flex. This will provide improved support and flexibility for players so that they can move more easily in the skates, without sacrificing protection. Together with the Flex Curv design, the Vapor X3.5 has an upgraded 40 oz. splash with a mesh insert. This pad will also provide a good level of comfort and protection that better protects the upper part of your foot. The lower half of the Vapor X3.5, the boot sits on top of a lightweight HI-LO Ventilator steel chassis. Equipped with the chassis are two 80 mm HI-Lo Street wheels at the rear and two 76 mm wheels at the front. These wheels are ready for all types of surfaces directly from the box. HI-LO ABEC 5 bearings are available to support the wheels.
The Bauer X3.5 Inlines are designed to be a fantastic skate straight out of the box for all levels of play!
Sizing Guidelines: When you receive your skates, try them on and push your foot forward so that your toes (while flat) barely glance the toe cap. Bend your knee forward and look behind the heel of your foot down the skate. If you can fit a finger behind the heel easily, the skates are too big. A fingertip should be securely wedged between the heel of your foot and the back side of the skate. While all players might have their own preference for fit, hockey skates should be 1 ½ sizes down from your shoe size. For most players this will be close to the proper fit. For example, if you are a US Men's shoe size 9, you would want to go with a skate size 7.5.
Fit 1: Low volume/Narrow
Fit 2: Medium volume/Medium width
Fit 3: High volume/Wide width
