The 485 model is a simpler model but still a model that offers good protection in it
price range. It possesses much as the two upper models do as the light weight and the little
narrower design.

Description
New for the 2021 season is the CCM JetSpeed FT485! These new lightweight leg protectors have been optimized to provide a wide range of motion while providing new technology to help protect you.
The construction of the CCM Jetspeed FT485 has been redesigned with a new anatomically narrow fit. This design offers a connected fit that does not feel bulky and offers light mobile protection optimized for a competitive level of play. This is achieved thanks to the shell construction and the new anatomical PE foam + soft laminated lining. This lining is also removable, which enables easy maintenance as well as protection and ventilation. CCM Jetspeed FT485 has optimized anatomical JDP knee pads. This improved kneecap flex point offers more freedom of movement and helps to spread the impact force away from the knee. This is combined with tough PE foam protection and plastic inserts that provide light but tough protection. PE foam is used in the thigh area of the Jetspeed FT485 for even more reliable protection. To keep everything in place, CCM used a streamlined locking strap with an stretchable comfort cushion and an adjustable calf strap for a custom fit.
If you are a player looking for a leg protection that keeps you safe while keeping you at top speed without being weighed down, then the CCM Jetspeed FT485 is for you.

Size guide
Sizing Guidelines: Shin guards are measured best while the player is sitting. Measure from the center of the kneecap to the top of the skate boot. Match the player's shin size to the inches of the shin guard. Shin guards, which are either too long or too short, will result in the knee or instep being exposed and unprotected. Shin guards should be secured with shin guard straps or tape, never tight hockey socks. If you want more in-depth advice on selecting and sizing shin guards, please contact our customer support for personalized guidance.
